Each product is individually printed upon order, please allow 7 business days in order for us to produce your prints using one of our reputable printing partners.
In case there are any delays, you will be notified via email with updates on the processing times.
SHIPPING
Art prints will get shipped out right after processing directly from the printing lab.
You should be expecting to receive your products within 7 days.
Be on the lookout for your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please add ogeevisuals@gmail.com to your address book so it doesn't get lost in spam.
Please reach out if your order was delayed more than anticipated.
All Fine Art and Metal Prints come with a Hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity that will be mailed to you separately from Omar.
RETURNS
We are excited for the arrival of your products and we look forward to see you getting thrilled with them as well!
Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your products and notify us with any problems regarding your order.
In an unlikely situation you received a damaged print, returns are accepted. In this case we will send a replacement at no cost. Please make sure to send us a photo of the damaged product along with some information.
Returns are not accepted otherwise.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
